He is a funny dude and ruthless racer.
As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
and this was awesome...

This championship might be decided by who finishes the most in the top ~5 throughout the entire yr without winning very many main events...Three races and three different winners. Makes staying up so late worth it.
Ha ha. I think he was taken totally by surprise
im gonna have to watch this race now! go cr22, not bad for an old fella.
They were acting like old friends on the podium. As far as the rivalry, I think they're both just happy to be there at this pointHow did JS7 and CR22 end up standing that close?
LOL, obviously another accident between the two.How did JS7 and CR22 end up standing that close?
Braytons Yamaha has looked good through the whoops every race. They seem to have that bike well dialed. I liked the Yellow.
The old school yellow was pretty bas a$$.

Just rewatched the main. Bam-Bam was never on screen but I watched the ticker show him in about 7th for most of the race then ended up 10th? Peick and Weimer and Short? got by - must have had an 'incident'. So far it looks like Honda doesn't have anyone who's competitive - wonder if Tomac will do any better? Impressed by Braytons ride - he got a so-so start and worked his way up with a Dungey-like performance to 4th. Impressed to see Dungey and Weimer throwing some hard passes. Impressed that Stewart was able to stick his boot in RV's front wheel causing RV to go down - and James kept it going. Maybe these guys will start putting spikes on the sides of their boots![]()
