    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

125-200cc 2013 CR125 Shock Needed

Well, it's come down to this-

LOVE my 2013 CR125, but I HATE the parts supply, or lack thereof. Recently, I had a leak at my rear shock and took it to my trusty suspension guy for a service. Long story short, I ended up blowing the shock apart and now I need some parts for my Husky and they are no where to be found and no ETA is available on replacement parts. Grrrrr!

Does anyone have a line on a part supplier that may have parts for the Sachs Rear Shock? Or better yet, does anyone have a complete, Rear Shock (Sachs or other brand) for the 2013 CR125 that they would be willing to part with? it has that odd, horizontal shock reservoir.

Been without my bike for a few weeks now and I'm getting stir crazy to ride!

Doesn't GasGas use a Sachs rear shock as well? Not sure if exactly the same but maybe some parts would interchange? What about going directly to Sachs and explaining whats up - they might sell direct in such a situation?
 
I don't see why sachs doesn't have parts. The shaft length or mounts might be specific, but the internals are probably standard.
 
YOU MIGHT SEE IF PARTS FROM ANOTHER MAKE WILL FIT WHAT IS THAT SHOP UP IN THE PNW THAT WORKS ON SACH OR YOU MIGHT CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL BETA DEALER THEY USE SACH
