  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

125-200cc 2013 cr 125 pull trigger?

Has anyone had problems with the plastics breaking? One review states the plastics were brittle?

I'm going through forkgaurds like crazy (no crash damage, just busted up at moto's end). It seems to be an MX thing, though, haven't heard the offroad guys complaining. I'm on my 4th RH one and second LH one. At least they are only 8 bucks apiece, and the Huskybucks are flowing! Also lost the rh radiator tab that mounts the subshroud

Only thing I broke on her was a lower rad shroud.Got one from the Husky dealer and two from UFO for the same price. The UFO lowers only come as a set and the say "made in Italy" on the back and I cannot tell them apart.
Did snap off a hand guard bar mount, I hit that tree at WOT ! Them bars held up great !

besides a bend handle bar nothing broke yet due to falling or hitting something in 3 years of having this bike
scratches on the bike I do have a lot.

You could always try contacting halls cycles and tri county powersports. Both are site sponsors and I'm sure they'd ship. There is also a guy selling a 13 165 kitted bike for 4500. It's in the classifieds here. He lives near bills and can get shipping info from him. Hopefully your dealer calls back with good news though :)

I contacted one dealer in LA and they have one. Total for me to drive and get the bike is probably around 4700. I will have to check the 165 out. How can a dealer ship without doing paperwork?

Definately need to jump on that!

When I bought from Bill's I got it shipped to a truck terminal Tulsa OK for around $250, I could have got it delivered to my driveway for another $100 but the terminal was only 50 miles away and I would get it sooner. I'd look into shipping before I drove very far.

how did you sign paperwork ECT? How did you pay?

Thanks for the info! This will really save me time and money. The bike I found is about a 14 hour round trip. Then add on the time in the dealership ECT.
