• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Right and the dart is also racing in LV ... js7 still hates cr :) and is a real wild card now ... Did you watch cr talkng about js7 following him? "I don't know what he was doing back there but I was not concerned with him crashing me " ... lol ...

Eat a pickle for RV2! He's proven he's the man ...
 
Go Chad - he has done us proud
As a privateer and an older rider I have a new respect for him and to me he deserves to win IMO
 
I missed the LV race doh
He was just on TV here and said he is in California testing and is doing the outdoor
He was big enough to say the best rider won
I think the factory bike helped him in the last two events - he did do beter than most expected including you ray ray
 
cr is a past champion ... I expected him to do well ... If RC and js7 were not born, he would have won lots more but, they were born and raced him ... This is his first time to ever finish higher than js7 when both raced the entire season ... I'm sure he was glad he finally finished higher than js7 but still no title when js or RC were racing him ... enter RV1 now ?

RV1 should dominate the outdoors ... cr (on the hondo) might can run second again but I'm not so sure he can beat RD5 or TC but TC will miss a few races at the beginning ... then CP is out there also? Is js7 gonna ride? It ain't gonna be easy :)

RD resign? He better have a job lined up first ... ktm might come calling...
 
Using last year as an example, they might let him go but then he probably does not make the big bucks as this was just his second season on a 450 ... He was a champion so some one should want him if SUZ does not ... I thought he raced very well this year... maybe the most consistent of everyone ... RV1 would have had to race much harder if the chain incident had not happened ... SUZ would be crazy to not sign him back ...
