  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Well maybe the threat of me making them will get them going which is fine with me, I have several more boats to get built, and my customers deserve my full focus.
I may in the future start offering a few carbon Husqvarna parts, maybe some pieces no one else makes.

No Shit I own my own buiness too, But I always return phone calls and emails. I treat my customers like I care. If you think the motorcycle trinket biz is tough try contracting.
Isn't that the truth. At least in the moto accessory buisiness there are some customers out there with money to spend. Not so much with contracting.

So does someone have a method to get in touch with p3 to even get an idea on turn around time and place an order? Ive tried everything short of going to the address that shows on google maps..

wish eric would reply/respond.. i've got an order in that needs to be changed and i'm basically SOL.. spoke to KTM-Parts.com who said they have orders in with them to fill web orders and haven't heard anything back from P3 and will be contacting the BBB.. I just found someone from 2007 on thumpertalk advertising for P3 saying his main channel for sales was cut off and now they're selling direct and need some attention as he's about to go under due to lack of sales.. apparently they resolved that issue? If anyone has another method of contacting P3 please advise.. Like I said.. i've got an order in for the wrong Pipe (was a gift)

Man-o-man, glad I'm not waiting on one of these.... I would understand accidentally sweeping one or maybe two calls under the rug in the most of hectic times (done it myself before, and felt horrible about forgetting to respond to them) but the number of negative responses from different individuals is astounding****************************************

Finally heard from Eric P. today. Pipe guards are ready. He says the delay was from a cosmetic issue with the guards.
