As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

I have a 2012 TE 310 I have it stock with no JD tuner but the upgraded injector and ECU. I can show you a vid from race last weekend and where it lugged down low with no issues if u want....

BTW, the first Wednesday of every month, they do a $5 breakfast buffet at Alice's. It ends at 10am. I might go this Wednesday.
Can't make weekdays for breakfast. Funny I pulled up to the pump to top off, and found I still had 1/2
tank +. It is all down hill from Alice's to home, so I went for it... Pinned all the way home. This bike rips with the SuperMoto set up, and handles like a dream.
Bummer, it's a good buffet and the roads are clear for a ride afterwards. When I'm working I can't make it, either, but I'm on an involuntary break from the rat race right now...
What gearing are you running on the 250? 13/40? A buddy of mine has a TE310 just like mine that he just got sumo wheels for. I've got an older '03 TE610 that is running sumo wheels right now, which is a lot of fun. My first sumo and I'm blown away how manueverable it is on the street. It's silly fun!
The ECU needs to be set to match the values of your TPS- Click "set" on Ibeat TPS Screen. (very important)Is there any instructions for installing the 12 hole injector & ECU? Is there any settings that need to be made? I have I-beat so I can make the adjustments.
Thanks for the info, I'm getting ready to do the ECU swap tonight with the same setup, JD, stock exhaust, no cat, but plugged (too dang loud for me without it), with the 12 port.
