• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Have you caught it?

Who's taking the plunge?

And on what?

'09 WR125, check's on the way from Ohio, Monday.

I want a TC 250 so bad I would swim across the Atlantic Ocean to pick it up! I'm waiting for them to hit the states and then I'll be selling a few guitars and guns to come up with the cash.

I was planning on riding an 09 TXC250 as a demo this year, but for some reason, the 09 WR300 is calling my name..

I have my deposit with Bottones and the balance stashed away.......
First '09 WR125 that hits the ground in Bradford PA, is mine!:oldman:

Big deposit on 09 WR125 kinda looks like late jan/ feb ....I need a woods bike with lights and a spark arrestor for the OHV areas west of my city...the authorities are getting pretty sticky and starting to check everyone ....

Arrgh....

Sometime back, a Countrywide employee sold my personal info (SSN, Bank acct#, savings etc...) to outside parties. I refied long before that and did not re-use them, so looks like one of theirs tossed me under the bus for re-using them.
So not cool. I got a fraud-alert out etc.... but those expire over time.

Well, they did it again! Some nice buncha scumbags they got working for them. Here we go again. Bike purchase is on hold for now... I'm gettin' a lawyer.

Why me. :banghead:

Dude, that SUX**************************************** Wishing you the best of luck with those bastids.

Thanks, Kel.

No worries... justa bump in the road.

Keep that '09 Fever alive kids! Huksy's gonna rule again this year, even more than before!

Weeeeeeeeeeeee!

A few years back....I went to a honda dealer to buy a new bike...and they said...sorry no credit for you...apparently you had one of your bikes repossesed..I said what???? not me charlie....so off to credit report I went......and

Prior to this......I had a loan for a honda street bike....and within the first year I paid it in full ...all cash...two years ahead of time.....

Problem was someone screwed up in the accounting department at honda canada....and checked off the wrong box.....involuntary repossesion ****************************************!!

Took me 4 months to dig out of that hole...never bought another honda since.....

be persistant it will pay off..you'll be ok

Arrgh..............all this WR125 talk has me re thinking............But I am gonna pull the trigger on the TE 250.............Stop on the WR 125's though .............nahh.....don't......maybe this intense interest will spark a 200???

Available now - I confirmed yesterday........09 TC 250 200 below MSRP and no set up or feight charge, quick and cheaper shipping than I have seen in a while.....609-xxx-xxxx Bob

Really? I bike there was supposed to be very little of and all pretty much spoken for is available now under retail and no setup? Seems odd.

went to bike shop to get some oil and came out with a 09 TE-510couldn't help myself. goes like shit off a shovel

Anyone can give out a price. Lets see them actually supply the unit to the customer. There are 48 TC250s for all of North America. Rob Keith told me that unless you sold 30 08s and/or have ordered 30+ 09s, you (the dealer) will not be getting one.
