Hello, I think I might have traced an intermittent battery charging issue to the plug that goes into the starter relay. I was wondering if the above was possible on this bike (2001 carbed 610). As I understand it, all electrics run from the battery and the output from the VR just charges it. In this case, I can't see anything wrong with connecting it directly to the battery with 10 gauge. Can anyone advise me on the above?
