I searched but didn't find anything :excuseme:

Does anybody have the dimensions for the wheel bearings (front and rear) for a 2007 TE510 ? Mine are toast and I'd prefer to buy replacements from a local bearing shop if possible instead of using the All Balls kit.

    TIA

    Cheers

    Pete,

The wheel bearings should be the same for both your 2005 and 2008. You can cross reference here to be sure though.

    https://www.halls-cycles.com/Catalog/Halls-Cycles-Husqvarna.aspx

Wheel bearings come in standard sizes. They are not a moto or brand specific part, so any reputable auto or industrial supply company should be able to get them. Just make sure to get sealed bearings and not a cheapo brand either.

Pete, any decent bearing shop will have what you need they only require ID, OD and width.
As said get quality sealed bearings from Europe or Japan (SKF). There is a great post from Seahorse here about repacking new bearings before inserting them (excellent photos etc) as they come with inadequate grease from the factory. You will find it about 12 lines down in the technical reference section.

Nearest bearing shop is 30 miles away or so from me so in the end I just ordered the Alls Balls kit.

Hey you wouldn't happen to know where I can find the wheel bearing and sprocket carrier bearing sizes for the 701E?
I've searched a while but no luck yet...

Try R&D Husqvarna in Sydney. Ask for Stephan-you have a name in common at least.
