This forum is to put EFI & Carb information for the Husqvarna bikes.

The threads that are focused on Husqvarna EFI should be in this forum regardless of which Husqvarna bike.

    1. The non-Husqvarna bike EFI threads such as "does anyone have the ability to adjust the EFI settings on Husaberg?" should go in the General (Main) forum.
    2. The non-technical or miscellaneous Husqvarna EFI threads such as "should I buy this 2007 TE450? Does it have EFI?" should go in the Main forum.
    3. The carb discussions can go in the bike specific areas or in this area. Ideally there will be at least a few basic reference posts on carb jetting in this forum.
The goal is to collect in one place the EFI focused threads that may be of interest in the future. Having the initials "EFI" does not automatically mean it should be in this section, use your best judgment.

Please post any questions or suggestions.

I think that the problem is in the injection because i checked the fuel pump an it is all right

Ok so iv got to the point of bein sick of husqvarnas choice to give the sms630 a terible fuel map iv got pc5 which made a noticeable difrence but still not brilliant im in 2 minds ditch the efi all together and use a keihin fcr41 or arrow ecu combo with autotune and yes efi is superior i no that but in nz $ im looking at 2g ish for cans and ecu and a minimum of 700 for dyno so lets say 3g now carb conversion anyones guess at this point but lets say round a g
In my mind yes carbs are more work but i can set them up in my sleep efi set once and forget bout it or do i bite the bullet and sell and become a husky hater
Opinions please im at my wits end with this bike i love it but it shouldt cost the amount of a ktm525 to get it goin to its full potential

I have a 2008 TE 510, Had the same issues. I finally got the kit from Bills in Oregon. You disconnect the O2 sensor n cap it, plug in the jumper under the tank where the O2 was plugged in. Bought and hooked up the new fuel injection fix. not Power Commander, the other one...not to say PC could also work.
Anyway. That took care of everything. Runs very well now.
