FE/FC Tips for removing crank bearings

    I wiped my rod bearing, and I'm replacing the crank. When I measured the the side to side play its a little tight as the measurement goes .145mm to tight. So i need to get the inner bearing ring off and change the shims.
    Does any one here have experience getting them off.
