• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

The RV2 Crash -- 2015 MXGP of Trentino

Different concept of championship set up and as RV state it correctly in earlier interview its like the difference between checkers and chess,

but if I see the action on the track that's where the value is as a spectator.

the carrolli and villopoto stand off is more created by the media and marketing side of the show

fact is they are both top athletes as are the rest of the competitors and if one has a good day and the other average the one with the good day is untouchable.
what we hope to see is having them both good days

I think this season is a very interesting and entertainment pact season (don't care to much about the media hype that is to sell more Kawas and monster beverages or KTM's and red bull).

Not good. From RacerX:

DirtBikeRider.com is reporting that Ryan Villopoto sustained “four cracks to his coccyx bone,” last weekend at the MXGP of Trentino. According to the report, doctors have advised Villopoto that he will “have to bear the pain.” Adam Wheeler, editor of On Track Off Road and contributor to Racer X, who filled the report wrote that the team “will evaluate his condition this week and he is tentatively planning to participate in the fifth round of 18 in the MXGP series this weekend.“
Villopoto sustained the injury after crashing out in the second moto while being pressured by Clement Desalle for third. (Check out the crash below.) He immediately left the race with an apparent back injury. Due to the resulting DNF, Villopoto dropped to sixth in points, forty-seven behind Clement Desalle.

I like MXGP and AMA outdoor MX much more than Supercross. Villipoto seemed to be at the point in his career when he got to choose what he wanted to do and I'm glad he chose MXGP over SX. RV being at MXGP is probably the only reason its being televised and I get to watch every event instead of one or two per year.

SX is a place holder for me till the MX season ...But that stuff is super technical I think, just not what I really wanna see in dirt bike racing...We're all riding off RV2s' tail ... Some making $, some of us just enjoying the show ...

What's the rules over there for pain relief\pain pills? Drugs allowed?

Hate it happened but this guy is a stud ... He's still the man for this job ... It's a long season and alot more is gonna happen :)

I am sorry to hear that he is not competing this weekend.
I understand the reason but at the same tile he is a big part of the show this season

heal well and see him Spain

Definitely the case here in the US.Probably a lot of us here weren't watching that close until RV signed up.
