    Hello Fellow Tarders,

Looking at getting a Warp9 setup for my 2014 TE 449. I have the option for 17" to 18" rims as well as a sprocket size ranging from 47 to 51. I just want to know what others have done and what I am wanting are:

    -Front Rim Size
    -Rear Rim Size
-Rear Sprocket Size (# of Teeth)

I will most likely never race it and will use it as a weekend rider and a tear up the curvies around my house.

    Thanks for the input,
    CBC

OE size wheels for the SMR are 3.5x17 front and 4.25x17 rear. I'd recommend a 5x17 rear for better choice of tyres, it's a touch more effort to put the wheel in but worth it. Sprocket wise the OE gearing is 15/43, for highway miles I recommend 15/40 or if you only do tight and twist 15/45.

    I concur with the above.

Is there a huge difference in taking this advice for the 2013 te 449? I'm about to purchase my wheel kit through motostrano and think im set on 5 inch rear and now need to decide what tire size to throw on it and by who.
