    Although mine is water cooled. I found that by sealing up the exhaust joints at the cylinder and the silencer helps a whole lot.
    I also modified a FMF Q Stealthy Silencer that also helps.

    Ultra Copper , maximum temperature Gasket maker. I also use modern exhaust springs off a late model Italian Husky
