Little bump thread in regards to an issue im having. Havnt gotten the bike up yet and think this may be contributing. When attempting to start it up a puff noise comes directly out of the airbox. Does anyone have ANY idea what this is? I can put a video up tommorow as an example but i cant find anything on google about it.

Any top end work performed, cams worked on or removed, Valves adjusted, etc ?

Yes, removed the head cover and removed the cams, but did not go any further.

Puffing out intake is a sign cam or cams not timed properly.

It may be, the bike started up fine before the disassembly, but now does the puffing upon reassembly. When i had it open, before removing the cams i had manually set it to top dead center, i did not adjust the timing at all while it was open.

Im still fairly new to this, so please dont pull your hair out if i say something dumb:doh:
