I'll jump in here and post up my Huskys. First will be my 1976 175 cross country I restored. It's story was told in the restorations threads. Next up will be my 1976 360wr. I bought it as it looks now, rides ok and might get freshened up a bit. I did put Progressive shocks on so I could save the Girlings to use on my 175 if I show it. I have recently replaced the Gurtner carb on the 360 with a Mikuni and will be replacing the Motoplat with a Power Dynamo ignition. I replaced the Motoplat on my 175 with a Power Dynamo during restoration. I will keep the old Motoplats "just in case" I want to use them later. DSC_0078r.jpg DSC_0024r.jpg

Oh maate . It was dry silt lake bed with vehicle tracks through low grass . Pure ego dirt . And the bike t match . Front wheel just skimming all the bumps and the back wheel cutting a path through anything in its way .
The kdx125 wasn't quite the same lol

years ago a mate went to deliver a borrowed spanner back to his neighbor just b4 lunch and jumped on the bike naked basically, shorts and a tee shirt and thongs, no one knows what happened but in the 150 metres to the next door property, he hit a tree and was badly concussed, repressed fracture of the cheek bone, broken nose, dislocated shoulder and skin off everywhere. never rode again

Hello, I’m new to the forum and new to Huskies. I recently bought my first... a 1981 CR430. It should arrive soon. I’ve been restoring/riding/collecting 50’s 60’s triumphs for about 10 years. Prior to that I’ve raced cr250 and crf450r in central Texas. I’ve been reading and learning so much over the past few weeks. This is a great forum. There is a lot of useful information regarding the 81/82 (cr, xc, wr) 430 on the forum. I decided on the CR after researching/reading posts... thanks to all... 5DDAF72C-A8AB-43BC-9BAA-8EF6C0EC1566.jpeg
