Made some changes to the bike, so I thought I'd post some more pics. Bought a few of the 7602 parts http://www.7602racing.com/, great stuff by the way. I also tried my best to fool myself into thinking I have a newer bike than I actually do, hence the colour scheme and front fender. Much more cost effective than a new bike.

Check out my custom made exhaust! It was originally made for a 2009-2011 GSXR1000. I fabricated and welded some 1.5" pipes to fit. This thing sounds amazing with the 2.25" cans on it now!!!

I have since welded spring hooks to hook springs to the stock pipe. It slips on at the stock header and each can is a slip on as well. A hell of a lot cheaper then the $1200 Arrow system and to me it looks and sounds better! Let me know what you guys think! Thanks.

Cool exhaust system, lets see more, also make some video, so we can hear it

But you can twin titanium silencer at 700€ and if you need to get e-proven they are....
Not sure are that one system like 1000€ titanium version, not sure that price today, also in one company are make in 820€ hole system now days.

i know few dudes who has also 1000cc bike silencer, only "problem" is that lack of power, but that is not then big deal, i had those Akrapovic CFR250R 2006-2007 titanium silencer, back in the day :)

Thanks guys! Stock headers and mid pipe (with Jethot coating) Tig welded 316L S.S can connectors. You can find the dual Yoshimura kit on eBay (1118275) for only $255! I found the S.S pipe on eBay as well. 2.25-1.5" reducer, 90, 45, and 1ft of straight tubing is all you need. Make a couple cuts, weld it together and boohyah! Brraaap!!!

What exhaust are you running on the 07 450? Have you noticed any power increase? It looks a little shorter than the stock pipe. I am guessing that is still has a spark arrestor.

That's a complete Akrapovic system - all the way to the head. It was on the bike when I got it, but it feels pretty similar to my previous '06 TE510. Additional factor: The 450 is a low-hour bike and the 510 had a lot more hours on it.

You guessed correctly on the spark arrestor.
