Hi cafe husky, I’m curious as to what decals people are using for numbers? I’m looking for plain Jane decals. Black background with white numbers for my classification. I’m leaning towards Bikegraphix. From what I can tell I like the quality and application. I’m all ears to option if anyone has had good, better, and worse experiences. Covi
option Ive been using for years is decalmx, personal service call in and discuss your requirements and they will email out a proof. https://www.decalmx.com Also we now have Signart graphix local supporters of the sport, I use Natalie and her crew for all my sticker jobs.
I have used NStyle http://www.n-style.com I have great personal experience with Avik. http://www.rideavik.com Both use excellent materials that take a beating. If you're looking to save a buck, there are some decent graphics packages on Ebay. Your bike is current enough that you should be able to easily find what you need with some research.
also like huskynoobee said if out for cash savings ebay is full of graphics. I chose FLU designs from ebay for my YZ125 project I think the entire full graphics kit was about 50 bucks.
Thanks guys for the comments. It’s totally not about the money. It’s more about quality and ease of installation. I went ahead and purchased from bikegraphix and decalmx. I’ll keep them both and see what I like better. I’ll report back when they arrive.
Here are a couple of pictures. My bike with complete DecalMX graphics, and a second where I have mixed in a different set of shrouds with inexpensive graphics (still using the same side panels from DecalMX). I take off the stock plastics and buy a whole new set up, saving them for resale. A whole new set of generic Acerbis plastics is only like $125.00. The stock shrouds with the impregnated decals are worth hanging onto without stickering over.
so I installed the bikegraphixs decals. I liked how they went on. No water or solution first. Dry application. I got only a few small bubbles. I think once it sits in the sun for a period of time they’ll go away. I also replace the plate and side plastics. I’m going to put away the originals if and when I sell it. I do like that the yellow stripe on the new plastics is not there. I like it much better all white.
I like Bike Graphics plus they sent little extra stickers.... I've also used Rocky Mountains Attack stuff and they were good.... now I use Super G....
