Becoming very hard to find these days but the shrouds and side panels up to 99 will fit your bike, front mud guard is pretty universal and the rear up to 2007 WR250, with some modification, will fit.

At best, l would recommend sourcing a tank from a 2000 onwards WR360/250 and using plastics from 2000-2005 WR250's.

Wher are you located? I may be parting out my 95 125 and I think the shrouds would fit. One is a little faded, but they are in good shape. I posted photos in classifieds last week, so look in there.

Firstly, should head to Ausky spreadsheet which will answer a lot of questions in terms of part numbers and compatibility http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/part-cross-reference-listings.27544/

Secondly, l don't have a 92-94 WR360 but l'm pretty sure that the top bar and tank mount are different from my 95 to 2000/4 (and beyond) as my mate has a 92 and tried once fitting a 2002 tank. My bike is a 95 (or 96 depending on where you live) with 98 plastics.

Fortunately, l'm waiting for new plastics for a recently acquired 2k WR250 so l thought l'll try and fit the old 2000 plastics on my 95 ..there are a few pics:

1st - 2000 tank fitted no problems on my 95
    [IMG]

2nd, the 2000 seat needed some gentle tapping as the aluminum seat guides, located on the subframe, is slightly longer and pushes on the seat foam. It does fit and here it is with the 98 side panels:

As you can see l've made a comment on the gap and this is the reason why:
[IMG] Note: That is a 2000 rear fender.
The 95-99 subframe's are quite wider than the 2000-2004 (as Wallybean mentioned in numerous posts here and on TT as l recall). This will effect if you are wanting to fit the sidepanels onto a 95-99 subframe:
    [IMG] [IMG]

Unless you are able to swap over the subframe from a 2000 onwards WR, the side panels will need modifications as well as new mounting points on your 95-99 subframe:
[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Apart from the obvious, the hardest mounting is the last pic above (to the airbox) as the 2000 airbox is, um, quite different to the 95-99
    [IMG]

For the radiator shroud, the only issue is with the lower radiator plastics/cover as your 95-99 radiators don't have a top mounting point as the 2000 radiators do. Also, l'm not 100% sure but l have a feeling the rad grills are different too....just replace them with quality rad braces :) .
    [IMG] [IMG]

You have a few choices here:
    1. Get a person to aliweld (aluminum) a new bracket on you 95-99 radiator.
    2. Glue the lower cover to the shroud and just use the lower mounting point (hey 95-99 tank and shrouds are held by 3 bolts).
    3. Purchase chinese aftermarket rads and you'll have the correct fitment.

Ohhh...the real reason was l was going to do a motor swap from the 95 360 to the 2000 WR250 when l noticed something wasn't straight :)

Bike is stripped and ready for the frame straightener to do their magic (days like today l wished l lived in the states as l'm sure there would plenty of people who straighten frames).

Thanks for the info and pics you showed above. I own a 96 WR250. I've got the options of some 2000 bits and pieces to freshen it up.

Do you know if the 96 seat will fit with the 2000 tank?

    Thanks.

Yeah it will mate, l'll take some pics tonight of both the 95 and 2k seats (top and side) and you can visually look for yourself or wait till the weekend and l'll drop the 2k tank + shrouds on my 360 and take detailed pics - l expect it to all fit but it may look bulky up the top and possibly the side with over hangs (95 seat is wider than the 2k).

2k rear subframe's (WR or TE250/450) are becoming very hard and expensive to find in Australia to the point - I'm going to ask my welder mate what it would cost to refab my 95 subbie to the dimensions of the 2k, if it's cost effective, l'll measure it all up and post the figures/diagrams.

If its a euro spec bike you can fit a TE rear mudguard and it bolts right on with very little effort. I know this because i did it to my old 99 wr 250. Im also sure that the TE rad shrouds will also fit. Have chat with Reece at husky sport based in the uk.

Will the 1999 airbox work with the 2000 subframe?

Cheers o'neal but those TE subbies are still hard to find and expensive over in Aust...l know TE 570 don't fit.

99 airbox will fit but you will need to hack the side off as the 2k airbox are open compared the close units from 92-98/99 (some 99's here in Aust were early model 2k's).

Unfortunately, a 95-99 seat will not fit on a 2k tank

Unless you can take the seat to the trimmers and cut the overhanging bit as pictured in the top pic...again it's a bit of mucking about and far easier to sort a 2k seat from a WR125-360 of that vintage.
