New Nylon fork bump stops and frame inserts

I thought I would post this here for those of you who don't follow the restoration projects but may also want some of these....

I bought some Nylon and my mate made a tool to produce new frame inserts because I couldn't find any new ones (somebody is now going to jump up and say so-and-so makes them or has them in stock...)

They finish off the newly powdercoated frame rather nicely.

Look Great,but Phillip at husqvarna-parts.com has then.There are 2 diffrent sizes short and long.

Yes he does but at $14 for a pair. I made my own, it was real easy to do on my small lathe.

See I told you.... wish I could do that with the lottery numbers

I think my mate will do them for less than that. As he's done mine FOC as I supplied the Nylon, he's now working on a price. It's all down to numbers...
