Hi there guys im looking to buy a new low fuel sensor for my 2010 husqvarna 510 smr but i cant find one online they only qant to sell be the pump i just need the unit that senses when the fuel is low please help.
I have one from an Aprilla. It's the same sensor, but the rod that it mounts on is longer. I think it could be bent to make it work. When I replaced my fuel pump I bought the Aprilla unit because it was MUCH cheaper then the Husky part. The only difference between the parts is the low fuel sending unit. I can post pics if you want to see what the diff is. BTW, I have had to repair the wires that go to the sending unit several times. Vibration breaks the wires, so before you replace the part, make sure the fragile wires are not the problem.
