    Hi,
looking for some opinions on the K73. My SMS630 is used on 95% street but I want the security (maybe only mental) of having a grippier tire for gravel and dirt. No mud in my area. How does the K73 last on the rear. Any alternatives? Cam.

Ive just fitted a MAXXIS M6119 on the rear for winter and have been impressed enough with it that i bought another one to have waiting to go on.
They dont last long in warmer dryer conditions though and i have a 5 inch rear rim fitted, dont think they work well on narrower rims.
Its about as heavily cut as im willing to go, i only ride on surfaced roads.
One of the best things i done was fitting the 5 inch rim, much better.
