What powder did for this leaky tank is impressive. I had a seat pan that was rusted through and powder made it look great but I never considered making a tank leak proof with powder and/or an internal coating.

Perfect application for Caswell. Seal the holes from the outside with Silly Putty. Wash the inside with aquarium gravel and water to roughen the inside. Rinse out thoroughly, allow to dry, Follow instructions from Caswell for prep and refer to mixing instructions discussed on this forum a couple years ago. Very important not to mix in air bubbles.

Tanks need to be sealed on the fluid side. Applied on the outside will fail, powder coat will last longer. You may just not own it when it does.
