I have a 2006 EUDM WR125 and I think something is wrong with my rear wheel spacing as it looks like the wheel is a bit too far to the left.

Looking from behind the bike, it is set up like this:

    [Swingarm][Regular looking spacer][Hub/bearings/etc][Regular looking spacer][Brake caliper/bracket][Random aluminium spacer, about 5mm thick]

    wr125_spacing_1.png wr125_spacing_2.png wr125_spacing_3.png

When I look in the HVA parts catalog, I can't find that last spacer between the brake caliper bracket and the swingarm. It just says that WR125 is supposed to have a 800096938 on both sides of the wheel bearings.

If I remove the random alu spacer and move the wheel as far to the right as possible, the brake disc touches the little lip on the swingarm that holds the caliper bracket.

    So, questions:

    1. Why does the WR have 2 identical spacers but the CR has 8A0096938 on right side and 800096938 on left side?

    2. Is that alu spacer supposed to be there despite it not being in the parts catalog?

    3. The wheel is supposed to sit in the center, right?

    4. Has the previous owner of this bike just thrown something together to make the wheel fit?

    5. Does anyone here have the dimensions for 800096938 so I can check mine to see what they are?

The spacers should be the same on both sides so just compare them. There should be 1 on each side. I looked at your pictures and it looks like you may have a CR spacer and someone tried to compensate for the shorter spacer with an additional spacer which is probably too wide and in the wrong place.

Los dos espaciadores tienen que ser iguales, si necesitas unos nuevos puedes comprar los de una kawasaki kxf, son exactamente iguales

Thanks everyone, I will disassemble and check dimensions of the ones that are in there now. Good tip about the KXF, will have to investigate to see which model years and displacement etc. we're talking about though, there seems to be a few different ones on Ebay.

Ok, update on this issue (sorry for all the numbers ahead :D):

    * Gap in swingarm: 200mm, so 200mm to fill.
    * Distance between wheel bearings, outer to outer edge: 140mm
    * 200-140=60mm to fill with brake caliper bracket and spacers.
    * Brake caliper bracket is 21.35mm.
    * Current spacers (the brass (?) ones) are 15,65 and 15,75mm.
    * Current random alu spacer is 5,85mm.

    15,65+15,75+5,85+21,35+140=198,6mm, so 1,4mm gap.

I found a set of 2007 WR250 spacers at home (which I think are OEM). Those are listed as the same part number as the WR125 in the parts catalogue. Mine are quite worn (mostly on the sides ofc), but I measured them to 16,75mm.

Lets say the brake caliper bracket once was 21,50mm and the OE spacers once were 17,00mm, and that we remove the random alu spacer: 17+140+17+21,5=195,5mm, so 4,5mm gap before tightening axle nut. Is it really supposed to be that large of a gap?

I did install the worn OE spacers I found, without the random alu spacer, which should then end up at 16,75+140+16,75+21,35=194,85, so 5,15mm gap before tightening the axle nut. Tightening it was no problem, and the wheel now looks centered on the bike, and the brake disc does NOT hit the little caliper support on the swingarm. So I guess its supposed to be like this, but again... 5mm gap before tightening the axle nut? Seems excessive to force the arms together that much.

Also: If the 17mm theory is correct, then the Kawasaki spacers should fit just fine as they seem to be 25x32x17mm just like I/we need for the HVAs. Random ebay seller states that these are the bikes:

    For KX125 2003-2008
    For KX250 2003-2008
    For KXF250 2004-2018
    For KXF450 2006-2018
    For KX250 2019-2020
    For KLX450R 2003-2019

    Thanks, that's great.

Hmm when comparing your photo to mine, it looks like your brake caliper bracket/mount is wider than mine. Could you please measure yours, in case someone has modified mine? Mine is 21,35mm.
