I'm looking forward to the rebuild. Just wish I didn't have to wait 1 month for parts.

You wouldn't...and I'm not either...just wanted to prop the guy up for making a go of it through a rough time, as opposed to just making snarky comments. :)

I, too, feel your pain (some of it, at least.) May the creep/s receive some good ol' 19th century American horsethief justice. And may YOU be enjoying a Husqy again, soon.

Can imagine that once it´s been stolen it would seem sullied to me. Have always wondered why the UK has become a thieve´s paradise but still don´t know the answer to the problem. Living in Germany, I legally own (and am a demon with) a Luger pistol. I live in a very mixed neighbourhood and even my granny could climb in at night and I would be delighted to meet an uninvited visitor. Have been waiting for over twenty years but have not yet had the pleasure. 10.jpg

We got it running today with a solenoid bodge. Couldn't wait any longer. Should be back on the road later this week. Just need to get my hands on a ignition barrel. They seem to be hard to get hold of.

    Glad its running again.

Its concerning to hear that some parts are hard to get hold of. I'm hoping to hold onto my 610 for a while, but that depends on parts being available.

Good news! All parts needed in the post. Found a starter solenoid on Amazon. Ignition barrel is same as KTM 990.
