Have any of you riders tried using a kit for the bolts or trip tree for vibration dampening to reduce hand fatigue? If so what brand or recommendation? Im starting to consider. I dont mean steering damp either

You can fill the ends with lead shot using wooden/plastic Dowell to contain it

make a bar snake......close fitting fuel hose, fill with silicone, snake it through, plug the throttle tube end w/ a hot glued cork tapped in past flush (recessed). cheap n easy, no parts to wear out/replace and it works.

Ironically and strange enough the tc 250 motocross bike comes with rubber mounted bars while the enduro comes with solid mount...

I have a deteriorated CMC joint at the base of my right thumb that makes riding painful. The Flexx bars have given me back my riding. I love them and recommend them to everyone because it takes most of the shock out of your hands.

I have xtrig phds on my rmz, and I can't say I actually notice much difference. Then again, I'm slow, and I'm using the yellow rubbers. Seems faster guys notice a difference with those, and slower guys tend to like the green. Heard some fast guys complain that the green feel too disconnected.

Another good thing about the Fasstco Flexx system is that you can mix and match polymer dampers among 3 hardness's and well as adjusting the screw for preload on the dampers.

I have run the PHDS system with green elastomers on both my FE501 for over 8,000 miles and now my 19 300i and it is fantastic. I actually tested this back to back with the Fasst bars but could not get use to the change in handlebar angle when landing hard. They are both equal in the amount of vibration they remove so pick your poison.

Hell, just fill the handle bars with silicone and be done with it. Doesn't weigh as much or cost as much, but it works. Secret instructions available.
