I recently had an issue with a purchase I made from BMP's ebay store, but after an exchange of a few emails and photos we were able to resolve the issue to my 100% satisfaction, I actually think Bills went above and beyond their obligation to me in resolving the problem by throwing in a few extra parts! All of the extra parts and shipping didn't cost me a cent, and all the way through the process Bills were polite and helpful and wanted to make sure I got the right parts so that i was happy. A lot of people are quick to criticise bike shops on forums, and good service often goes un recognised, this time I wanted to make sure the great service I got from Bill and his team got the recognition they deserved!! Bills get a big thumbs up from me! And I will be a returning customer! Thank you BMP.
