    What year is it for? There was something about one of the kick start levers for the late 70's that was prone to snapping.

    I'm pretty sure Husqvarna did not originally plate the 76-77 kicker was my point. Every kicker of that type I've seen has been painted black and I own and have owned a few of them... including new back in the 70's.

    (Not that plating is a bad thing... originals rust pretty easy.)

    Nice zinc job. If it wasn't for the dog leg it could almost pass for a part off of James Coburns 400 Cross.

    Yes, never said it was correct, but it was zinc plated. It is now sold.

    Glad to hear. I find its good to keep these old parts in circulation so others can make use of them. I've sold quite a few parts myself over the past 10 years. Extra space in the garage has been a plus.
