I saw a thread on adjusting DLS but I can't find it. Does anyone know how it's done or can tell me where to find it?

ideally you set the cams parallel to each other so both shoes open the same time. you can also line the hub with double sided tape and emery paper and slip the backing plate and brakes in and work the shoes onto the emery paper to give a perfect match to the hub (use an axle). Adding 20mm to the brake arm so the cable end just clears the brake stay gives better feel and power.
