Hi im new to The forum as registered user, visited as guest some times earlier.

I have picked up my old cr 125, i was told 1997 when i bought it 18 years ago.
Its now stood in my brothers basement untouched for 15 years.
I felt sorry for it and thought id restore it. And now would like some help with The frame number as i cannot find and information.

    On The frame it say,
    Husqvarna Dgm OM
    1A1 *050031*

It has Lime Green fenders and plastics, husky stickers on wings that look original.
Exhaust pipe goes on the left side, crosses behind cylinder and to muffler on the right.
Most bikes i see pipe on the right all the way.
It has Showa suspension, 43mm forks. And Brembo brakes.
It has same gastank as wr 125 1998, think plastic would fit too, not tried.

If someones can give any kind of info id be very thankful.
    Cheers from sweden. 20210730_162819.jpg

Thanks for the answers, but id like help with the frame number and be sure about the year. Noone knows how these numbers work?

I read in the other thread and got some hints about the suspension and brakes.
Anybody have some info when engine, brakes, suspension changes were made?

1995 was the only year for the 43 mm Showa forks. 1995 was also the first year for brembo brakes replacing the Nissan brakes. The gas tank would be the same from 1995 to 1999. The green plastic would also be.from 95.

The 125 engine changed in 1998. The electrics still might work a little research will be required.

    It is 100% a 1995 CR125
1A1 means it’s a CR125 and the 10th digit which is 5 represents the year of manufacture
Hope that makes sense and makes you happy
