Cam chain question

    Husqvarna Motorcycle:
    09 TXC 450
    I am going to replace the gasket for the tensioner on my 09 txc 450 due to a leak. Should I zip tie the chain to prevent it from coming off the crank sprocket or is it unnecessary?

    You can just remove the tensioner and replace the gasket with out messing with the cam chain. You will have to take the spring out of the tensioner and collaspe it to install it.
