Have a 2016 TC 85 that brakes have went out on. I have rebuilt the master cylinder 2 times and replaced brake line. Brakes will pump up after rebuild, but go out after about 30 mins of riding and not "pump up" again. Anybody had the same problems or suggestions.

motul RBF 660. don't overfill the reservoir. Rear or front brake? I assume rear. use pad insulators if running oem type sintered metal pads. rear leave enough slack in the pedal so you don't brake drag as much. use strong return spring. and or double up with oem spring and master cylinder fasstco type spring.
use carbon based pads like red ebc carbon x , they don't transfer heat very much.
