Just a heads up for members who are considering using Bike Logistics to move a bike. I just got ripped for $150 because they couldn't deliver a bike I bought until the day after I leave for overseas. Their website doesn't allow you to enquire about delivery dates until after you've paid in advance, and then if you have to cancel because the dates they can deliver don't work for you, they keep $150 for doing absolutely nothing. Avoid.
Agreed; we pay service staff way more than they do in the US and they give rubbish service. I find service in the US to be pretty good, Europe is varied but better than Oz. WE are bottom of the international heap in this department.
