I cant find anyone in Australia selling them, and to buy from US it will cost me more in shipping then to buy the goods:eek: ...thinking about just machining up some myself.....what diameters should I use? Need to know what size bar to use and what size hole to drill.....they are to go on a TE511

Drill size is "z" for close fit of M10 bolt.

I used 1" OD 6160 aluminum rods for the ones I make.

I have a set of 30mm risers on my shelf ready to go. I made them for another Cafe Husky person but they never responded after i completed them.

Let me know if you want them. They are simple but work fine. I have been using them for over a year as well as my buddy jon who is also on this site.

Matthew525, any chance you could make some about an inch and a quarter for a 2006 te610?

I dont know if there is anyhting different for your 2006 te610. I have a 2013 TXC 250R that i used for making these. They fit a 2014 TXC 310R also, but they are nearly identical. I assume your 2006 is the same, but i am not 100% sure. I wouild be happy to make them, but i cannot take responsibility if they dont fit as i dont have access to your bike to ensure they will work.

Looks like my bike takes the same riser. If you still have a set I would be interested. Feels like I'm always leaning forward, even seated.

It’s an old thread but if anyone is still making risers or knows where I can get them, I need some that are 1”. Let me know.

For which bike? If you have the adjustable bar clamp, turn it forward and try high bars. My 165 is almost perfect with mini high bars in the forward position.
