The correct bolts are supposed to be stepped from what I can remember. I have used those rotors and bought the correct bolts direct from my local Husky dealer who had them on the shelf.

Just found this pic of one of my old sets of wheels and the bolts used on this one came from a TM, They were used somewhere on a tm to hold the plastics on but were a perfect fit for the rear rotor if that helps in finding something.

I bought one of those rotors (which I have not installed). As near as I can tell, the problem stems from the fact that the stock rotor is a floating design, while the aftermarket one is not. That's why the different hardware situation happens.

Yes, I have one of those fitted on the rear. I couldn't find any bolts, so I bought some that were close (honda I think) and got a machinist to 'make em fit'.

Anything helps. I know the type of bolt it would take roughly I just got to find one that works. Anyone use a motosportz rear non-floating rotor? i think they may sell some that work.

Kwaka ones are slightly too small on the step diameter. Can't get genuine Husky ones(WR125/TE310 etc)?
Metal Gear in Australia do them but about $30 from memory.

I went for a similar route with my WR300 2010, had a lot of play with the OEM floating assembly and wanted to get rid of the noise in the rear, my friends were constantly saying that something is loose :D

I do also ride often in muddy conditions so I opted for a non-drilled rotor, I got an NG 263SP:

As that rotor is not using the OEM floating 'washers' I needed to buy some special bolts, I got some OEM Husky parts from a TE 449/551 11-14 M6 X 1.00 X 11 Ref: 800055878 for 1,88 € each

Thanks for this input as I was about to try the kawi ones.

Thanks for providing the PN. I did not know the TE had a non floating rotor with an OEM bolt solution. Cheers
