Tuxedo is close to my house and I usually go, even though its not a points race for me. Be prepared for a very rocky, wet and technical ride, with all this rain. I think the NEOC Blue Mtn. PA race (also a ski slope) is on the sme day.

I signed up for private training. 4 hours on weekday in June. One on one.

I've been thinking about doing that, his rate is very reasonable. Was it still $50 an hour?

Yep. Both Leo and I will do that 4 hour class...$200 each. I probably should have asked for a discount since it's 2 of us... But people say it's worth the $$ and there are worse things to spend $200 on..

I took road racing school 15 years ago and it helped tremendously so my expectations are pretty high :)

I am not looking to become a racer, but if I can learn better control so I can stop hitting trees and other people, that would be greAt :)

Drop him email, but I doubt it. He said weekends are for big classes and racing.

So, anyone else ride Tuxedo Ridge? It was rough up high and and wet lower down as expected, you got your $$ worth. Really high DNF rate for a HS.

My 8 yr old son rode it on a ttr 50, completed 1 lap and then they scored him with all the other so called minis, such as all the 65s, 85s, crf 150 etc. I should have dome more homework, I was under the impression they had a smaller course for the little guys, not the case, But I was super proud of him for even getting through one lap!
