    Hi guys!
My TE310 2011 Husqvarna started to make a weird klicking noise. After some research I think that it might be caused by the timing chain tensioner.
How can i adjust it? What else should I know?

    Thank you

they have an automatic ratcheting style tensioner. after a while the ratchet pawls start to slip. I replaced mine with a manual type

Do I have to disassemble the engine, or I can just undo the 2 bolts holding the tensioner in place and change it that way? Thank you for your help

it's just bolt on. I found an extra adjuster gasket. you can have it if you want it. pm me your address and I'll drop it in the mail

I have the 2011 TXC 250 with the same issue. What manual tensioner did you purchase to fit?

If the timing chain is noisy. Replace it. I had a timing chain break. Not good. Valves are expensive.
