I believe the frames for all the 73 models are the same, i.e 125/250/360 etc. It was the bits bolted about that made the different models and types CR/WR?
    Thanks in advance.

The 125 frame bottom tubes angle up towards the front down tube. The 250/400/450 bottom frame tubes are parallel to the ground. Also the 125 front down tube angles towards the back more. Does not look as though a large case motor would fit in the 125 frame.

I've wasn't aware of this. Learned something new today.

Another frame difference is on the 73 250 and 360 RT's. Their frame is different in the rear where the fender bolts on, similar to the earlier Sportsman.

I have seen a 1974 Mag 250 engine in a 125 frame.. front engine plates are very small..

The MAG cases were derived from the 125 cases so it would fit in a 125 frame. But not the large case engines. Not enough cradle length.
