In Sweden we never had any 250 Autos except for the army. Its easy to se if the crank is from a 258 or 420

Now is not the Swedish arme`n presentable for a civilian market because they had pretty unique requirements of the MC to be procured. Some things that were the demands were, among others, it would be idle lying down for at least 45 seconds, it would be easy to Maintain in the field, there are times who indicated how long you can use to repair things, it must be able to run in a speed of 100 km / h with 2 equipped combat soldiers, it must be able to use in winter without major Modifications, etc.

As I wrote so is it easy to see if the crank are from 258 or 420 and the 390 are a complete different crank

I hope that my 250 Auto with CR spec will be really great. -81 they had pretty fine result in Paris Dakar rallye with such bike, even the original 258 make result none could believe.

I dont now what you meen with "I think a 250cc uses slower the 2 centrifugal clutches (clutch + clutch shoes)
For me it is the best top engine for the automatic gearboxes" But 258 and 420 have different gear ratio.

I'm going to use CR/WR carburator, cylinder, piston, head, and exhaustsystem.

I'm pretty shore it was 7 258 and 2 WR 240/250 with army spec. You'r friend, Philippe Guy had won his start from a competition arrenged by the tv company "Sirpa Antenne 2" called "Best newbies of the year in french MC sport". " 3 of the bikes had to broke the competition, 2 because the french plastic tanks had to big leaks and one because Veronique Ancuetil had a big crach and could not continue. On 6'th and 27'th place it was 240/250 WR and at 8, 9, 16 and 19'th place it was 258's.
They should have asisstance from swede's but all service team was also in the race at that time so it took them 12 days to catch up to the competitors bikes and then there were only six left.
If you understand swedish so have you a link to the race here http://teamnorrland.se/PDF/Paris Dakar med 258.pdf

Can you please explain what you meen with "The power of a 420/430 uses faster the two clutches systems than a 250"

    Yes!
Make good sense to me! The torque of the engine which is more important on a 360cc 390cc 420cc or 430cc than on a 250cc is the cause of the breakage of the springs of the primary clutch. And this is also the cause of the rapid wear of the bronze jaws on the 360/390/420 and the cause of the wear of the clutch bell on the 430
With a reduced displacement this wear is less rapid! "
I think more important probably means more torque

And if you put an axle in the 2 pistons to compare the distance from top to axle ?
