Hi guys. I’ll start by saying I’m a novice when it comes to bikes. I have tried searching over the last week for bay similar problems on an EFI bike but can’t find the right info for my problem. I acquired this SMS630 in ‘as is’ condition. It fires up and idles, but gas is just pouring out of the air box, a steady stream. I pulled out the throttle body and tested the infector to make sure it closes and opens.. sprays on and off and doesn’t leak fuel from around the o’ring etc when I crank the engine. I have tried with the power commander connect and also with the stock Ecu re connected. Same thing it starts right up but pours gas out. Anyone have any ideas on what I can try next? I am waiting on the IBEAT connection cables to plug in for further diagnostic help. Thanks a lot legends!
