1968 to 1974 "small" seat foams

Does anybody know who, if anybody, makes correct size seat foam for either a 1968 (foam unique to that year) or a 1970 Husqvarna ("small" foam used 1969 to 1974)? The ones sold by the Seat Factory and Vintage Husky are too large. They may fit the seat pan and may be correct for some later models using that pan, but aren't, and don't look, correct for the older bikes.

What would it take, and what would it cost, to have a small series of correct seat foams made?

And seat covers, with the correct leather grain and the narrow (1.2 to 1.4 mm bead)?
