04 TE250 won't turn over

My 04 Husky TE250 (electric start only) worked great. After an overnight charge the only thing that happens when I post the start button is a click that is coming from the battery area. Got a new battery but no changes. The starter motor was replaced last summer, checked the fuses by battery and checked the connections at the battery. All looked good. Any ideas?

Try pulling in the decomp lever (above the clutch) and see if she turns over.
New batteries can be duds-put a multi meter over it and see.
If it is not holding a charge your stator may need a look see

OK, Tried the decomposition lever but engine turns over. I pulled the starter motor and it doesn't spin, plugged in a motor with damaged shaft and it works. Anyone have a good used starter motor?
