• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

I need some help. Maybe I have too much going on right now and my patience is lost but I just cant seem to get around well on the XTRM site at all!!! My name on the site is Dan Nelson. I tried to add the event that I am racing this sunday but I cant register for that event. Whats the deal???? how do I register for this race if Im the one that added the event. Husky does pay out to the Netra series sooo I dont know what to do. I just wanna get pre-registered for this race so that I can get paid when I lay the smack down sunday? I added the race which is the first race of the Netra Hare Scramble series. The event name is Crossroads Winter Scramble in East Kingston, NH
 
I posted also so Its posted as an event by 2 seperate people. It is there and all you have to do is click register. You can still claim bucks even for an event not there if they forgewt (XTRM moderators) to post an event.
 
dan just put the org as NETRA(they dont have it on the list)
then just put in as the first race of the year and the date the race is on,then the name of the scramble,they will recognize it if you provide all the info.
good luck and rip it up on the new husky!!!
 
Hey Dan,
Just fill out the race results after they have been posted by NETRA and they will award contingency fairly quickly, make sure you check the box to notify Husky at the bottom of form.
