• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

For those of you seeking 1st rate suspension tuning, Wyatt Seals who prepared Glenn Kearney's suspension last year is now working out of the Ohlins USA facility in Hendersonville, NC.

He can be reached at Ohlinsusa.com, or 828.692.4525

That's great news, and they did great work there before that, too. I had the Ohlins shock on my 95 KTM 440 (linkage bike) rebuilt/revalved there and I've NEVER ridden a better rear suspension. Ever.

i spoke to Wyatt yesterday.we were talking about a problem that we had not figured out regarding a 2010 te 310.anyway,he is a nice fellow and presently works for Husqvarna NA and his title is "dealer technical service".i dont know if he moonlights but i have been keeping him busy lately!dan.

Don't suppose you could give me his contact info? I bought the glen bike and he did the engine work. Just wanted to get the info on the engine so I know where it stands. Ya dig? Like it the head has been shaved ect ect.

He will get an email notifying him there is a PM for him, if you send him a PM... unless he changed his email account.

Generally people keep checking old email accounts even if they get a new email account.

Wyatt did some suspension work for my 2000 wr last april he's a good guy, thinking about sending my 09 parts to him, last we talked to him he was at his moto velo/moto works shop in hickory nc. He seems like Real down to earth guy.
