• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Here's my first little ride I did on my WR-125. Sounds a little raspy@ 1/4 throttle. I had the needle at the 4th from the top slot and have now move it to the middle big difference but still a little blup @ about 1/4 throttle. Might try putting the clip @ 2nd slot.
Tried to keep her under 1/2 throttle for the first few minute anyway.:D
Pretty hard to do on climbing these hill.

First Ride WR-125

That was a great video...nice riding area by the way. What camera are you using? I like the way you put music on there, but could still hear the bike. It sounds like that thing has some decent power down low and went right up that hill with an unusually small amount of RPM's for a 125. I definitely need to try one of these things out! Take some video when you open it open like Kelly's chainsaw.

I 'm using a older Sony 420L bullet cam tied into my Sony "HanyCam"
You can see what you're video'n. But kinda balky.
I also have a Oregon Scientific Action Cam that I try and use but it's a bit
hard to mount on anything. (Taped to my head light) You can't see what your video'n and it's by "trial and error" to see if you're filming what you want. Water proof and very compacted.

What's the difference between a CR 125 and a WR 125?

Ignition, flywheel, 18 in rear, lights, axle pullers, they are also supposed to have a sparky, but the 09's didn't get it.

Nice vid BTW, I badly want a new 125 to keep my 07 company.

That one worked. You have 3 vids that you uploaded, and 2 of them can be seen but the 3rd cannot.

Try uploading it again and I'll bet it will work for a few hours till the copyright police find it (as a test).
