• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

JP ura mess:lol: i guess you can drink lavender oil but i don't know what aliment that would treat but i will tell you this those bruise's you can see in the pixs are gone this monrin i feel purdy good today considering what happened those oils are some good meds

Fair play troy your a tough sod, bruises gone already :( i like my hard earned trophys boo for lavender oil

yep just being stupid n lazy next time i'll pull the plug and flip it upside down should have it all ready by the time i get my silencer

i find it easiest to pull the pipe, pull the plug, hold the kill button, and kick thru a few times. this will usually clear out the crank, and you can dump out the pipe and its sometimes filled up as well and can be dried out. holding the kill button is key to prevent harm to ignition or prevent fire. i have pulled the pipe and been surprised to find it truly full of fuel.
might help save the fresh packing in your new silencer setup as well..they are welding in a screen?

yes in the in cap i dont guess they keep any in stock for a 28 y/o husky:lol: purdy nervy of'em don't you think

cool, didnt know they retrofitted stuff. the dynoport sparkies ive seen were where they welded on a section holding the turbine style.

my KDX has a screen Rich told me he bought sparkies from Cobra but Cobra bailed on the S/A bizz soooo adapt and overcome

i would think over the past two weeks it wouldnt be very hard, no..but he is in upstate new york. they get lake effect snow blasts which are intense. its been warming for over a week now tho
