• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Lift the fuel tank, it'll be fairly obvious. If the dash is not showing an error it has been done.

PS. What is it with the whiney BS post?

lol whiney post.. I am used to the Husaberg forum where you get no response usually.. strange group over there

Welcome TIGER. Did you sell the KLX351?

I think you'll like the 630. Very easy to work on. I suspect the Arrow ecu installs similar to a PC-V. It plugs into the fuel injector harness and one wire at the stock ecu. I velcro'd the PC-V to the side of the battery.

If you shine a light up under the tank you can see the resistor plug.

Thanks Dynobob. I love the TE630 so far.. I drove it 500 miles home from the dealer.. and loved it.. its far more comfortable than my Husaberg, and yea its got lots of room to work. I noticed the cam chain or something is ticking.. its normal>? I took the tensioner out and it seemed to be stuck.. I put the spring back in correctly and the ticking decreased a little but still sounds like a sewing machine

I am no expert, but i believe the bike will either not run or not run right without the resistor after the O2 sensor has been removed. And most likely also show a engine light.

It should be under the tank about half way more towards the left side on the bike.

Here's what it looks like. The white plug is what you are looking for. It will have a resistor at the end of it.
