• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

What came with your 2010 (US)

Just curious what came with the 2010 from US dealers?

Specifically, did the 2010 TE's come with:
USB Manuals "key"
Any kind of tools?

I got a single small "quick reference" book, the power up stuff but no tools of any kind or the USB Manual I read about. Just wanted to know before I asked the dealer. I know sometimes it is different depending on country of import/sale.

My 10 TE250 came with a box of power up parts, the USB key chain with the manual and some other pdf's. No tools or service manual.

Germany: 630 came with tools, USB stick and manual (pu kit is extra, as it places the bike beyond the law). Some owners later received a `goodies´ pack by post (but not me).

Thanks guys.

My 2006 SM610 came with tools, so that is why I asked when I got my 2010 TE310 and it came with none. At a minimum, they should provide the "key" to remove the front wheel I would think. No biggie, love the bike!

Thank you for asking this question, I just bought a 2012 WR 300 and it only came with the quick reference guide. In the guide it keeps referring to the USB. I called the dealer and he said he would mail one out to me. I was curious about it lacking tools as well.

The only tool specifically i wonder about is it looks like a 12 mm Allen head on the front axle? Did they come with something to pull that?
