• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

I just picked up a 2000 Husky TE610 thats a left kicker and right hand drive...

I have a 2006 SM610 that is my street bike and occasionally a bike I instruct with on the race track, and when I stumbled accross this bike I was actually just looking for a set of dirt wheels. I picked it up CHEAP thinking worst case senario I got a smoking deal on a set of dirt wheels.

I got it to start and decided to fix it up and keep it as a dirt machine, but I can't find ANY information on it.

I want to know why they made a left kicker... I've seen same year bikes Left and Right hand drive...

Tried to change the oil and couldn't find a filter, all I could find is the screen thats just like the one on my 06 SM610. Took me about an hour to figure out how to check the oil and how much to add...

Where can I get some information on this thing? I like to read about the stuff I know so I know alot about it and I have found NOTHING

I need a ton of parts too and I haven't been able to find much.

Stuff I need:
Clutch Lever
Brake Lines
COMPLETE plastics/fairings

There any aftermarket parts like plastics levers and what not for these older 610's??
