• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Posted a while back that I did not know how many times Bubba could keep going down and then bounce back up.
I have been impressed with Brayton, best of the rest, and held off RV for a long time.
Crazy, but I think Dungey may get back in time to still finish second in points!!
 
I missed parts of it, I was trying to watch the NCAA Wrestling Championships at the same time as the race. What caused the red flag in the lites race?

Ahh. So you got to see Penn State win its second championship in a row... :D

I can't remember who it was, but somebody wrecked pretty bad and they apparently couldn't get him off the track safely without stopping the race. I remembered seeing them try to clear the track but riders were continuously passing the scene on both sides of the wreck.
 
lol ya i seen that, i was hoping illinois would finnish a little better but still a great year for them too.

i figured it must have been fairly bad but they never replayed it when i was watching, thanks. the new restart is definatly more fair to the leader thats for sure

The broadcast wasn't even over yet...

In this age of DVRs, if you must post spoilers, don't put key info in the title and make sure the title includes something like "Spoiler" or "Spoilers Inside!" Then inside the post, you can gush about whatever you want. That way, your urge to post is taken care of and you don't spoil the movie for everyone else.

"Supercross Tonight - Wow! SPOILER" would have been a great thread title.

It was Kyle Cunningham he ended up walking to the medical car but the stagard start was.cool

could be a pretty boring rest of the season as far as points battles are concerned with almost all the top runners out who knows
